Subject: Boarders' Visitation Policy Update
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well. We understand how valuable time with family is for our boarders, and with that in mind, we are pleased to introduce an updated visitation policy aimed at providing them a chance to rest and reconnect with family.
Effective from October 27th, boys will be allowed to leave the campus on Sunday mornings and are required to return before Maghrib prayers on the same day. Kindly note that any student who returns later than the designated time will have their next Sunday leave privilege cancelled.
We ask for your cooperation in ensuring punctuality and adherence to this policy. The open weekend schedule has already been shared on the school portal and there is no change in that.
