Later, it became an extension of Prep school as residence for day-boarders.\nOver time, neglect and weather damage took a toll on building. A careful restoration was undertaken in three phases:\n\n1. Documentation – Architectural analysis based on historical records and site visits.\n2. Assessment – Evaluation of structural issues, damage, and previous, uninformed repairs.\n3. Restoration – Recommendations for repairs using traditional techniques and local materials.\n\nTraditional techniques and local materials were used to preserve building’s authenticity.
