Policy on Awards and Leadership Roles

Dear Parents,

As you all would appreciate and understand, awards, colours, accolades and positions at Aitchison are all earned purely on the basis of a student's performance and merit. As Principal of the College, I would request parents to trust the system and process and not interfere or try to influence these decisions. If there is any reported instance of a parent interfering in such matters, strict action would be taken against the boy and he will be considered unfit to hold any leadership position at Aitchison.

We want our boys to earn the rewards of hardwork and perseverance and not become entitled and spoilt.
