Principal's Letter May 12
Dear Parents,
Unseasonably hot weather has necessitated an early closure for all schools, at least for a fortnight. We have gone from the necessity of keeping windows and doors open in a pandemic to now 'defying' the heat by whatever means we can. Boys should be fine with the early leave provisions but expect a little more homework to keep boys busy. Boys may elect to come to school in sports shorts and tops (house kits please) for normal classes or visitations. Boys attending examinations must wear school shalwar kameez or standard summer uniform.
Obviously, examination timetables are not affected by this change. Friday leave times are earlier, so please make sure you check the new timings uploaded on your portals. As soon as we can responsibly return to normal timings we will, and reasonable notice will be given. Thank you for accepting these ad hoc changes that no one really wants, but which we know are required.
