Google Workspace for Education is a set of Google tools, which are available for all staff and students:
Every edition of Google Workspace for Education includes Email, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Classroom, Assignments, Quizes Sites, Groups, Drive, and the Administrator Dashboard.
The student G Suite accounts are provided to students and teachers for educational use:
- to communicate with teachers,
- to submit assignments to teachers,
- and to collaborate with other students on school projects.
The Student Acceptable Use Policy and the Student Email Guidelines cover use and misuse of the school provided G Suite accounts. In order for a student to be allowed access to a school computers system, computer network, the Internet, or G Suite for Education, parents and students must read Computer Acceptable Use Policy. Please review these documents (available on My Aitchison) to ensure proper use of these services.
