The Ground breaking Ceremony for the New AJ Innovation Centre, was held on 18th January, 2022. In attendance were
(Governor Punjab) Chaudhary Sarwar, Syed Babar Ali, and donating board member Muhammad Siddique Javed Bhatti (Old
Boy, Goldstein House’98). The Innovation Centre will provide boys with an opportunity to engage in scientific interests
beyond the formal curriculum.

After 40 years, The Jafar Memorial returned to Aitchison with the 52 Championship. The tournament began with QasimZia,

an Old Aitchisonian and Olympian, as our Chief Guest on 22 of November, 2021. Twenty Eight Schools participated in the

Hockey Championship, which came down to Aitchison College and Allama Iqbal School in the Final played 30 November,
2021. After a well contested match, Allama Iqbal School came out victorious 2-0. The presentations for the Top Scorer, Player
of the Tournament, and Best Goal Keeper were made by Syed Babar Ali, whose Ali Institute has kept this tournament alive.
