Equestrian & Polo Permission Form
(School Works, Show jumps, Tent Pegging & Arena Polo)
By signing this Horse Riding Permission Form for School Works, Show jumps, Tent Pegging, and Arena Polo, you
acknowledge and accept all risks involved in equestrian activities. You also agree to the College’s right to waive
liability for any injury or death to the rider or spectator and agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the College
against any such possible event(s).
Fee & Registration Details
The total riding fee for one year will be Rs.198,000/-.

The Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of Aitchison College Lahore for the full-year riding fee or 1st installment
(Rs.66,000), together with the duly signed Consent Form, must be submitted to the Accounts Office by 10th
September 2026.
Important: Please sign below to give your consent for participation and submit this form to the Accounts Office.
Important Terms
The minimum enrolment period for riding is 12 months (one full year). Once enrolled, students will
remain registered for the entire Riding Programme, and the riding fee for the full year will be charged and
payable as agreed above. (If a student register after the registration deadline at any time during the
academic year, the full-year riding fee shall be payable.)
Once a student is registered for riding, withdrawal will not be permitted before completion of the 12-month
programme.
Riding activities will continue for complete one year but may be suspended due to extreme weather
conditions (including excessive heat, humidity, smog, rain, or other adverse weather condition,
official College events or any other circumstances beyond the College’s control. There will be no
summer camp.
No alternative or makeup classes will be provided for suspended days.
Parents cannot challenge the Equestrian & Polo Department regarding these conditions.
Only those students will be eligible to participate in riding competitions who are registered with the
department.
