Law moot 2022
The Aitchison college law society held its open house law moot on Friday the 30th of September 2022. This was one of the most successful law moots at Aitchison College as 47 young men took part in it. A total of 12 teams participated. Every team had prepared their case exceptionally well which was regarding a corporate manslaughter. On average each court session lasted for about 15 to 20 minutes. The judging criteria was better presentation of evidence, following correct procedures in the court, argumentative and overall research skills, and reference to relevant statutes.
