On Wednesday September 23, 2020, in a ceremony in the Old Building, Syed Babar Ali and Adil K. Sattar (Godley '92) signed and exchanged duplicate contracts giving the go-ahead for construction of the first additional senior boarding house since 1890, to be named K&N's House in honour of Adil's parents (Khalil and Naushaba), on the site of the old hospital; ACOBA officials, senior staff and guests toured the site with old boy architect Omar Hassan.
