Twelve members of the Aitchison College Science Society were shortlisted for the Pakistan National Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics teams through the National Science Talent Contest (NSTC) and National Maths Talent Contest (NMTC) screening tests under the STEM Career Program (Physics: Jaffer Iqbal, Nahayan Hussain, Syed Moiz Rauf, Hassan Sohail; Chemistry: Muhammad Rafay Azhar, Muhammad Abdullah Raza; Mathematics: Muhammad Saad Waheed, Shahmir Aziz, Syed Mustafa Haroon, Malik Muhammad Abdullah, Nausherwan Malik, Arsum Nadeem Chaudhary); they will attend further selection camps in the summer at PIEAS Islamabad, the HEJ Research Institute of Chemistry, Karachi and CIIT Lahore, and are said to be the Top 50 in their subjects across all schools in the country.
