A pilot trip was taken in March to Gilgit- Baltistan in northern Pakistan with the intention to revive the dormant trekking club at Aitchison College.
The team reviewed the area, after which they felt comfortable recommending the revival of trekking and related activities at the College. The awe-inspiring mountains, the fast developing state of the art infra- structure and the expertise of the travel company provided them the best possible incentives for initiat- ing trekking trips in the future.
