He is very respected by many distinguished people in Pakistan and the UK and he is looking for a successor.
Mr. Langland joined Pakistan army right after the partition.

A 96 year old Mr. Langlands , a British major works full-time as Principal of the Langlands School and College in Chitral, Pakistan.
