The Headmistress has written concisely and clearly about the 'state of play' in the upcoming assessment for Camrbidge. I cannot stress more the need for boys to attend school and ensure that appropriate work and subject development occurs. Parents must take hold of the seriousness of this and the adverse impact that non attendance causes. Missing discussion and collaboration among peers and staff is something that cannot be replicated in any other context. I am hopeful that Junior day boys will resume from Monday February 14 (in accordance with regulations if any), as news of reduced infections in Lahore promises some relief. More updates to follow. Notwithstanding, we have handled the pandemic very successfully and made decisions on the basis of sensible precautions among unvaccinated cohorts. Prep and Senior schools are still operating normally and all classes are now crucial to the build up for final examinations and/or school based assessments. I encourage boarders to return as their access to evening support is vital. Beyond Friday February 11, we will be closing reentry to boarding for the remainder of Term 2.Unvaccinated boys who are eligible for vaccination cannot return to the classroom until evidence of vaccination is provided. At least one dose is required. The evidence is very clear that the greatest spread of serious infection is among the unvaccinated. If you have queries or concerns, please contact our College doctors. Opportunities to 'give back' to the College present in the following projects being considered:Potential donors are welcome to meet the Principal to hear more about our plans. Please contact the Principal's Dates and times are now set. Please check our Admissions portal for details. Applications for senior places are now being accepted. We wish all boys the best in their testing.
