Mr. Iftikhar H. Shirazi, a prominent old
Aitchisonian, is a living example of perseverance
commands success. He is the Chairman of Atlas
Group of Companies and his experience in trade
a n d fi n a n c e ex t e n d s ove r 2 d e c a d e s .
Mr. Shirazi studied at Aitchison College between
1970-1979 after which he did his I.Com from
G ove r n m e nt C o l l e g e of C o m m e rc e &
Economics, followed by Bachelors from Notre
Dame De Namur (formerly College of Notre
Dame), USA. He completed his education at
Harvard Business School in 1996. He is a
member of Board of Governors of Forman
Christian College, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of
Engineering, Science and Technology, British
Overseas School Association, and a member of
Aitchison College Old Boys Association, Lahore
(ACOBA); Government College of Commerce &
Economics Old Students Association (COMMECS); Harvard Club of New York; Harvard Business
School Club of Pakistan; Harvard Club of Pakistan; Management Association of Pakistan; Aga
Khan Resource Development Committee; Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry; and
Employers Federation of Pakistan. He is also a life member of SAARC Chamber of Commerce &
Industry and Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI). In his free time
he enjoys tennis, swimming and photography.
