26. College Association

27. UNDERTAKING BY THE PARENTS:
I hereby undertake that my son/ward will conform to the rules and regulations in force at present or any made hereafter by
the authorities concerned. I also undertake that, so long as my son/ward is a student of Aitchison College, he will do nothing
inside or outside the College premises that will interfere with the administration, the good name of the College and its
discipline, prestige of teachers or be a party to other anti-institutional activities.
The College reserves the right to refuse admission to the College should it have cause to believe that the age of the boy
lies outside the recommended age criteria. This is at sole discretion and determination of the College and the decision of
the College in this regard, like in other matters, shall be final and not open to any challenge. If the age of boy is subsequently
found to lie outside the criteria, his place will be forfeited.
I agree and accept that the decision of the Principal would be final in all matters regarding the applicant’s outcome from the
admissions process and subsequently his academic performance and schooling at Aitchison College and that any decision,
once taken by the Principal, is final and that the same is not subject to any review, appeal, reconsideration and/or challenge.
28.
Any incorrect/false or misleading information given in this form will disqualify the boy from admission.
29.
If it is found subsequently that any information was incorrect, false or misleading, it may result in withdrawal of the boy.

I understand and accept that College does not share results of junior or prep or senior (if applicable) entrance examinations
/ admissions process with families or third parties and nor does it release papers or test scores or outcomes of any other
evaluation undertaken by it. These are all matters purely for the College’s benefit to determine eligibility, suitable academic
capabilities and for interview, if applicable. This is a condition of Admission testing. No correspondence will be entered into
in this regard and the determination of the College in these matters shall be final in all aspects and not be open to any
challenge. Applications for Senior School (H1/F.Sc.1) are treated separately and assessed by external results and interview
if applicable.
Boys offered boarding place must complete 3 years of Boarding. Boys offered a boarding place in Senior School (H1/F.Sc.1) must complete
their education in boarding. Boys are not permitted to move from boarding to day boy status for any reason whatsoever prior to completion
of boarding terms.
31. I declare that all the particulars given in the above paragraphs are correct in all respects.

Complete the Application form and return this to Admission Office, by courier service, accompanied by the required Application Fee. Please be aware
that the completed documents must be returned to us by courier service so that it reaches us no later than 5.00 p.m. on November 30, 2026 for Day
Boy Applications & December 31, 2026 for Boarding Applications.
