The College organised a Pre-1960
Leavers' Lunch for its most senior alumni
on 1st December, 2018. It was a special
occasion where Old Boys from classes up
to 1960 gathered to reconnect and
reminisce over lunch on a beautiful
winter's day in the Principal's Garden.
College Principal Mr. Michael Thomson
welcomed the Old Boys to their school.
He informed them about major College
d eve l o p m e n t s a n d h i g h l i g h t e d
important projects being implemented
with support from the Old Boys.
Several prominent alumni attended the
event including Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan
Khosa, Mian Afzal Hayat, Syed
Muhammad Mohsin, Mr. Khalid Amir
Khan, Mr. Mueen Afzal, Mian Ijaz Ul
Hassan and Mr. Munir Monnoo.
President ACOBA Mr. Shahjahan Ayub
graced the occasion, along with Mr.
Usman Haq (Vice President) and Syed
Hur Riahi Gardezi (Joint Secretary). Dr.
Andrew Treharne (Vice Principal
Aitchison College), Mrs. Amina Kamran
(Headmistress Senior School) and Mr.
Khalid Noon (Bursar) were also present
on the occasion.
The Old Boys were also given a tour of
the Old Building, where they saw
renovation efforts already underway for
the conservation and preservation of
Aitchison's most iconic building.
