The Syed Babar Ali Library celebrated World Book and Copyright Day with a special book club session on Sunday, April 13th,
2025. Dr. Shaista Sonnu Sirajuddin, former Chairperson of the Department of English at the University of the Punjab, delivered an
inspiring talk on the timeless importance of literature. Senior School students attended the enriching session, engaging with
one of Pakistan's most esteemed literary scholars.

The Aitchison College, Prep School, proudly hosted the Inter-School Robotics and Programming Competition, a thrilling
showcase of innovation and talent. The event featured two main categories: Robotics Projects using Arduino and
Programming in any Programming Language. Over twenty-five top teams from a range of prestigious schools participated,
demonstrating outstanding creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills. The competition was a celebration of young minds
pushing the boundaries of technology and collaboration.
Aitchison Prep Hosts Inter-School Tech Competition
Aitchison College is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. FaariaRehmanSalahuddin as Director Advancement.
Ms. Salahuddin brings a distinguished 28-year career in banking, education,
entrepreneurship, and leadership roles at ANZ Grindlays, Standard Chartered, HBL,
UBL, Bank Alfalah, and LUMS. Known for her expertise in organizational
transformation, strategic development, and alumni and corporate engagement, she
has successfully led major initiatives across sectors.
Her board affiliations and commitment to cultural preservation reflect a broad vision
aligned with Aitchison’s mission. We are confident she will play a key role in
advancing the College’s strategic direction and strengthening its outreach. We
warmly welcome Ms. Salahuddin to Aitchison.
