Aitchison Expands Boarding To Extend National Outreach Program
Aitchison's boarding is on a national scale. Five outstanding boarding houses accommodate boys. We want to provide ambitious
boys with the opportunity to reach their potential. Conditional and limited bursaries are available to boys who qualify for admission
from Baluchistan, FATA, Sindh, KPK, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Southern Punjab. We thank Old Boys nominated for
conducting a commendable job in the Boarding Outreach Program.
Qaisar Jamali_(AC' 90) Nominated for Baluchistan
Qaisar Jamali is from the Jamali family of Baluchistan. In total about 90 members of the jamali tribe have
attended the College in different time periods. Mr. Qaisar Jamali attended Aitchison from 1978-1990 where
he was a College Prefect, Hockey Team Captain and Best Sportsman Kelly house in 1989. He was one of
the pioneer members who developed the Baluchistan education sector plan. Currently he is heading a
project of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Masood Tyabji (AC'86) Nominated for Southern Chapter (Karachi)
Masood Tyabji was a Godleyite and graduated from Aitchison in 1986. He is the General Secretary of
ACOBA Southern Chapter, and is currently working as an independent consultant and actively involved in
the local start-up ecosystem. His contribution and support within ACOBA has resulted in a significant
resurgence amongst the alumni. He has done C-Level Banking & Finance Professional with over 30-years
of international and local experience of transforming high profile businesses.
Najeeb Ullah Khan (AC'92) Nominated for KPK
Najeeb Ullah Khan completed his Intermediate /Secondary Education from Aitchison in 1992. He was in
Saigol House and Kelly House. He gained position of Captain Kelly House Cricket Team in 1991. Najeeb is
settled in Mardan, where he has followed a fruitful and peaceful career in Agriculture.
Zafar Ahmad (AC'93) Nominated for Gilgit-Baltistan
Zafar Ahmad graduated from Aitchison in 1993. He was awarded House Colours in Cross country, Hockey,
and Football. Currently, Divisional director for basic Education community schools Sakardu Gilgit-Baltistan.
