ACMUN 2023
The ACMUN Society has had the most successful year in its rich 15 year history. From Winning HMUN to organizing the largest
ACMUN conference to date, the society has truly shown its potential. The ACMUN society won a record total of 19 Best
Delegation awards this year, including HarvardMun China Best Large Delegation Award for the 2nd year consecutively and
being the only Pakistani Team ever to do so. Additionally, for the first time in 19 years, the ACMUN society won the LUMUN Best
delegation award. LUMUN being one of the most competitive National MUN in Pakistan. After 2 years of lockdown, the society
also sent the first outstation trip of the year to Islamabad, and returned home as victors of the MUNIC conference. To top it all off,
ACMUN XIll was the largest ACMUN conference to date, hosting a record number of over 850 delegates. ACMUN XIII hosted
truly diverse competition with international participation from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, USA, Turkey, and a
number of outstation teams from regions such as Karachi, Islamabad, Chakwal and Sahiwal. Spanning over 4 days and with 9
distinct committees, the conference was overall a huge success. The society aims to improve with each iteration, and has truly
shown what its capable of doing.

The 53'4 Jafar Memorial Inter-School Championship
The 534 Jafar Memorial Championship was hosted by Aitchison on the 15t" of February 2023. Throughout the championship
great sportsmanship was shown. Out of 32 teams, Aitchison College Blue and Govt Lab Model High School Sargodha made it
to the final. Aitchison was able to dominate the match leading to a great victory of 5-2. This is the second time in three years
Aitchison has won the title. The Chief Guest, Mr. Mohsin Mehdi, a descendant of the great Jafar, presented awards with Mr.
lftikhar Shirazi, old Aitchisonian and patron of the tournament.
