6. Common Fractions
Understand numerator and denominator.
Identify like/unlike, proper/improper, and mixed fractions.
Compare, add, and subtract like fractions.
Derive and apply rules for operations with fractions.
7. Shapes and measures
Identify 2-D shapes (open/closed) and congruency of regions
(circular, rectangular, triangular, square).
Recognise 3-D shapes (sphere, cylinder, cone, cuboid, pyramid,
triangular prism, cube) by faces, edges, and corners.
Understand geometry terms: ray, line, segment
Understand bilateral symmetry, linear measurement
Distinguish between flat and non-flat surfaces.
Measure length; understand congruency of segments/edges.
State types of angles.

International(S.I.) Units
Recall S.I. units for length (km, m, cm) and mass (kg, g, mg).
