From the Editors of Preppy 2025
This latest edition of our annual Preppy magazine is undeniably a vessel for our youth to
display the exuberance of the human mind, the beauty of a pen stroke, and the artist’s own
imaginative world clouded with bursting thoughts. We, as editors, have been left under the
shadow of awe looking at the literary prowess of our boys.
This compilation holds great meaning for Prep School, bolstering us towards literary inge-
nious. Editing such a variety of splendid articles ranging from lustrous poems to maleficent
tales of prejudice and pride, our team did not view this task as a medical core but rather, an
honor bestowed upon us. This experience will remain evergreen in our minds and heart for
ages to come. This was not just an opportunity to correct errors, rather a chance to pave the
way for burgeoning authors of the future. Through this literary compilation, we hope to
honor the ones who exacerbate and utilize their minds and hearts towards the betterment of
the College.
We had lofty hopes from the writers of Prep School and they far surpassed our heavenly
requiem. Many articles left us in unfiltered astonishment, and a constant craving for more.
This magazine sustains a harmonious balance between non-fictional texts to mythical tales of
fiction, both realized through seamless works of prose and poetry.
We dedicate this edition of the Preppy 2025 to the hard-working staff, including our dear
Headmaster, Raja Ashfaq Ahmad, and the Deputy Headmaster, Tariq Jamil. Moreover, we
extend a thank you to the students of Prep School. We hope our words will guide you far
beyond this aesthetic experience’s end.
Regards,
The Editors
