AC Chronicles
Quiet Resilience of the Autumn Tree
Golden leaves upon the bough,
Rustling softly, whisper how
In the face of cold winds near,
Autumn trees stand firm, no fear.
Branches bare, yet full of grace,
Sunlight’s glow their only trace.
Though the chill may strip them bare,
Roots hold strong, a silent prayer.
Beneath a sky of amber light,
They stand unyielding through the night.
A silent strength, no words to say,
Steadfast through the fading day.
Frost may bite and winds may call,
Still, they do not break nor fall.
Quiet in their steadfast ways,
Weathering the autumn haze.
Leaves descend, a golden rain,
Yet the trees do not complain.
In their quiet stance, they show
Strength in letting go to grow.
Beneath their bark, a secret song,
Whispers that they’ve known so long.
